Where do you ship & deliver from/to?
Beans are ground (or not!) and packaged with love in beautiful Centre Wellington, Ontario. Whether you're in Toronto or Seattle, Iqaluit or Whitehorse, we've got you covered! When checking out, local delivery or flat shipping rates will be shown to you based on your postal/zip code (we always send you tracking!). We currently only ship to Canada & USA*.
* Coffee is a duty and tax-free commodity, however; should any duty/tax charges be presented by U.S Customs Officials, GENUINEO COFFEE CO. will not be responsible for these payments and we will not issue a refund for any customer's refusal of paying duties and/or state taxes).
We have five tiers of Local Delivery service available, pricing is dependant on how many kilometres you are from Fergus (north end) and is shown at checkout. We currently offer local delivery within a 35 KM radius, this encompasses most of Centre Wellington, Guelph, Elmira, Kitchener/Waterloo, and Hespeler.

8-15 KM: $5
15-20 KM: $8
20-27 KM: $10
27-35 KM: $15
How long will my order take?
We only ship out fresh coffee whether it be ground or whole bean. Orders are fulfilled as they are received and delivery of your coffee will depend on your distance from us. Most orders are ground and shipped the next business day (you will be provided tracking). Please allow 2 business days for order processing before contacting us about order status.
Local deliveries are sent out daily and we try to deliver to our customers within 3 business days of ordering.
I didn't like the roast/blend I purchased, can I return it or get a refund?
As much as we love customers sampling different varieties of coffee from around the world, we cannot accept returns on coffee due to the nature of the product. We recommend buying a 1/4 lb order of a specific roast/blend to sample prior to purchasing larger amounts. Orders are final sale - we do not offer refunds on product or shipping.
My coffee came damaged!
Oh no! We're so sorry your coffee didn't get the warm, sweet loving it deserved. Email us all the deets (Order#, damaged product) at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll ship you out a replacement of the damaged product speedy quick! We hate shipping nightmares just as much as you!
I want an order larger than 5 LB of a certain blend/roast, can I get a deal?
Of course, amigo! Just reach out to email@example.com with "Large Order" in the subject line. Let us know which roasts or blends you'd like and we'll hook you up with a wicked deal.
How do you distinguish between flavoured and non-flavoured?
All of our labels either show "Notes Of" which means Non-Flavoured or "Flavours Of" which means it is a flavoured roast or blend.
